Job Description

The Recruitment Intern supports mass hiring and workforce deployment for frontline and operational roles, assisting with candidate sourcing, coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and screening for mass hiring roles

• Coordinate interviews, walk-ins, and hiring activities

• Assist with onboarding and deployment processes

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

• Handle candidate enquiries and follow-ups

Job Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with high volumes of candidates

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible and willing to learn

• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
