Recruitment Coordinator (4-6 month contract) - GH

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Liaise with technicians and relevant stakeholders upon offer acceptance.

• Collect, verify, and process required documents after offer acceptance.

• Manage MK denial cases (as applicable).

• Arrange and schedule medical check-ups, mandatory training, and related activities.

• Coordinate work pass applications and submissions, including insurance, in collaboration with the People Services team.

• Verify medical check-up reports and escalate issues to the TA team as needed.

• Finalize candidate join dates and communicate with Talent Acquisition for updated offer letters, if required.

• Handle collection of cancelled work passes and issuance of new work passes upon employee commencement.

• Provide general administrative support, including documentation and ERP-related paperwork.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in TA operations

• Solid understanding of general HR policies and procedures

• Good knowledge of employment and labour laws

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Detail-oriented and meticulous in work approach

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented and results-driven mindset
