• Manage candidate relationships by understanding their career expectations and overseeing employment matters such as payroll and benefits.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, conducting marketing activities, and building a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders by understanding hiring needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in recruitment, business development, and client engagement.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
