Jobscope:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from requirement gathering to offer stage

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role scope, and hiring priorities

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and direct outreach

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and role fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams

Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the recruitment database

Conduct reference checks and support onboarding documentation

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
