Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent across multiple industries while maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates are confident, target-oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Achieve individual placement targets and contribute to team sales goals
• Conduct candidate market mapping and talent pool development
• Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Min 1 years of recruitment or sales experience, preferably in staffing, HR, or talent acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with a sales-driven recruitment environment
