Salary Range: SGD 3,800 – SGD 4,500 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role

Singapore Physio Spine and Pelvis Clinic is looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Clinic Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients at the clinic reception

• Manage appointment scheduling and patient enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, and email)

• Handle patient check-in and payments

• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation

• Assist physiotherapists with basic clinic administrative tasks

• Ensure the reception area and clinic environment remain welcoming and organised

• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow

Requirements

• Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare, or receptionist role is preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Good organisational and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable using computers and clinic management systems

• Friendly, professional, and reliable

• Able to work some evenings or weekends if required
