Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Prepare quantity take-off, costing and quotation for tenders and on-going projects.
• Liaise with Interior Designers / Project Managers / Quantity Surveyors on the preparation of quantities, measurement and costings.
• Review tender specification / requirement.
• Sourcing of new suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Procurement of materials and implement cost control.
• Attend site visit / meeting when required.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in interior fit-out works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc).
• Able to read construction drawings.
• Knowledge of Autocad is advantageous.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• A team player with positive attitude.
