QA/QC Assistant (Food Manufacturing)

⏰Working Hours:
• Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
• Sat: 8am-12pm (Required to work every Sat during probation; alternate Sat after probation)

🛠️Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily hygiene inspections to ensure strict safety standards.
• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process items and finished products.
• Monitor and maintain for cleaning, sanitation, pest control and production.
• Ensure microbiological testing and lab analyses meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customers' feedback and product rejections, coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Support preparation for SFA inspections, as well as internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.
• Work closely with production team to promote quality and continuous improvement.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

✅Job Requirements:
• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Food Science & Technology or related field.
• Min. 1 year of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing, food processing or central kitchen.
• Familiar with SFA regulations and documentation requirements.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Great teamwork and communication skills.
