Property Executive (Government Sector)

Working Days & Hours:

• 5 Days Work Week (1 Half Saturday per month)

Location:

• Northeast (Near Sengkang/Punggol Region)

Remuneration Package:

• Up to $3,900

Duration:

• 2 Years commitment (Extendable/Convertible)

Job Scope:

• Manage facilities services and ensure performance meets contract standards
• Schedule maintenance, pest control, and horticulture with subcontractors
• Conduct weekly cleaner meetings and inspections to maintain standards
• Monitor IFM KPIs and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence
• Coordinate meetings, logistics, quotations, and invoicing
• Prepare and consolidate monthly reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3-4 Years of experience
• Comfortable with jungle environment
