Property Executive

We are seeking a committed Property Executive to support facilities and property management operations at a commercial building.
This role involves overseeing maintenance activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Property Manager in daily operations and maintenance activities
• Supervise sub-contractors and vendors in delivering maintenance services and equipment
• Assist in implementing quality maintenance programs and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Conduct regular audits of building systems and facilities
• Assist Property Manager in supervising minor projects including improvement, repair, and replacement works.
• Ensure all works are completed on time
• Prepare submissions and justifications for variation works
• Attend to service requests, fault reports, feedback, and enquiries promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or from recognized institute
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities/Property Management.
• Candidates without relevant qualifications should have at least 5 years of relevant experience)
• Good knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours

• 5 Days’ work week.
• (Require to work on 1 Sat/ month)
• Working hours : 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
