Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for driving project-based sales growth in Singapore by securing early project leads, managing the full tender process, and strengthening Hansgrohe’s presence among developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
The role is accountable for achieving project sales targets, ensuring timely and accurate tender submissions, coordinating seamless project execution with internal stakeholders, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support long-term market development and brand visibility.
key duties are:
- Source early project leads through various channels such as BCI, cold calls, and sales presentations.
- Prepare price proposals and tenders for direct projects.
- Manage the full tender process, ensuring timely completion from sample viewing and mock-ups to submission of tender documents, including attending tender interviews.
- Follow up on changes in project specifications and pricing revisions.
- Coordinate project execution after securing contracts.
- Attend regular site meetings with contractors for each direct project to address any site issues, in line with project obligations.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries from architects and developers, including requests for meetings, presentations, samples, and specifications.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries from project customers.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with project stakeholders, including developers, architects, interior designers, and main contractors.
- Review product supply contracts and coordinate performance bonds with the Accounting department.
- Work with the Projects Operations team to prepare and submit progress claims, ensuring they align with customer deadlines, and coordinate with Accounting as necessary.
- Prepare accurate project sales forecasts.
- Provide timely quotations to dealers for their projects upon request.
- Manage special projects as needed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc business development/sales-related tasks as required.
- Follow up on specification changes, pricing revisions, and sample viewings with architects and developers.
- Perform other duties related to market development in Singapore.
Essential Skills & Competencies
• 2-5 years of sales & business development experience with a track record of results
• Strong hunter skill
• Consistent level of performance as a sales professional meeting or exceeding objectives
• Forward thinking and strong strategic planning skills
• Proactively stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes
• Collaborative & excellent in building and maintaining long-term relationships with all levels and with outside contacts
• Able to collaborate effectively with the various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategies
• Experience in the sanitary/related industry preferred
• Knowledge of investors, residential developers and hospitality businesses
