Project Manager (Infrastructure / Construction)

Period: 15 Apr 2026 – 14 Apr 2027
Salary: Up to $5500 per month
Working hour: 830am – 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: Orchard

• Conduct feasibility studies for development, review existing designs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for future educational facilities
• Evaluate consultants’ design proposals to fulfil operational requirements and fulfilment of maintainability needs
• Collaborate with development project and contracts teams to review project management processes
• Manage the procurement of construction services and administration of construction of construction contracts
• Enhance partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality building projects and services
• Responsible, hardworking and efficient in carrying out the tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement

• Relevant training and background in the areas of architecture, building or engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge, understanding and expertise in the building industry and building regulations
