Project Manager

Management of renovation/construction projects for residential & commercial (office, retail, F&B, etc)

Job Description:

• On-time delivery of all projects
• Budgetary control of all projects
• Ensure smooth operations
• Proper coordination with all sub-contractors and in-house workers
• Ensuring all products are delivered to the requirements and specifications of clients
• Ensure good workmanship of all products
• Maintain good communication with clients and proper conveying of requirements to back-end subcontractor / in-house workers

Requirements:

• Min ITE / Diploma of Engineering discipline preferred
• Min 3 years in related field preferred
• Ability to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
• Basic salary, allowance & incentive
• Car can be provided
