The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, end-to-end project leadership role where you will take ownership of construction delivery—from planning through to completion. You’ll work closely with design, client, and subcontractor teams to bring ambitious workplace projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workplace construction projects from pre-construction through to handover

• Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and subcontractor teams to ensure seamless execution

• Drive project timelines, budgets, and resource planning to meet key milestones

• Implement and uphold rigorous quality control standards across all stages of delivery

• Champion a strong health & safety culture on-site, ensuring full compliance with regulations

• Manage and coordinate sub-contractors to ensure performance, accountability, and quality

• Prepare and present clear project reports, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction project management, ideally within workplace interiors or design-and-build environments

• Proven ability to manage sites, subcontractors, and project delivery end-to-end

• Strong knowledge of quality management, HSE standards, and construction best practices

• Solid understanding of local regulations, codes, and compliance requirements

• Highly organised with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Confident communicator who can engage effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams
