Project Management Specialist (Office Hours, 5 Days) #HJG

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain governance structures for all site-level and Business Excellence (BEx) projects.

• Develop and manage project templates, trackers, schedules, and reporting mechanisms.

• Track progress of projects including Site Master Plan initiatives, Lean/Six Sigma (Improve stage) projects, and One Plan activities.

• Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, and action items; escalate issues through appropriate governance channels.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, consolidating updates from workstream leads.

• Support leadership reviews, tier meetings, and project discussions with structured documentation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect updates and maintain accurate project status.

• Follow up on outstanding actions, decisions, and deliverables.

• Ensure all project documents (plans, charters, trackers, minutes) are up to date and stored in the correct location.

• Maintain audit-ready documentation aligned with site and BEx requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with project management workflows and basic PMO processes.

• Hands-on experience in project coordination and execution.

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma projects is preferred but not mandatory.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and structured reporting tools.

• Able to start work immediately.
