Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Administrative Support team in daily operations.
Oversee end-to-end workflow of applications, including documentation verification, enquiry management, and accurate data entry.
Ensure timely processing, service quality, and adherence to SOPs and data protection standards.
Act as the main point of contact for escalated enquiries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
Maintain updated records, prepare simple operational reports, and support training of new team members.
Provide general administrative guidance and hands-on support when required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in administrative operations, project coordination, or team lead role.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to lead a team, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
