Job Summary

You will organize on-site construction, monitor production progress, and manage project documentation to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will consolidate reports and facilitate project reviews to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Organize on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and monitor production progress for timely project delivery
• Manage documents and materials for ongoing and completed projects to maintain accurate records and support project execution
• Consolidate and submit weekly and monthly progress, costing, and project execution reports to provide clear project status updates
• Facilitate project review and discussion sessions to promote team learning and development

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Shipbuilding, Marine Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or site management within shipbuilding or offshore engineering industries
• Ability to liaise regularly with headquarters and counterparts in China to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Strong communication and coordination skills to plan and execute projects effectively
• Demonstrated judgment, decision-making, and organizational management abilities to handle project complexities
• Proven teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
