Project Development Executive (Healthcare, Planning

• Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
• Facilitate project planning, design, implementation, and coordination activities.
• Oversee programme and knowledge management for the Project, and support the Planning Committee and other designated committees to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate F&E, M&E, and IT requirements among users, workgroups, and the project team throughout all project stages—from planning, design, and tender to construction, handover, and operationalisation. Prepare presentation materials, schedule meetings, and document discussions to ensure effective communication and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, appointed consultants, contractors, and users to align project design and implementation with operational workflows, spatial and infrastructure needs, and F&E procurement requirements.
• Monitor and update project progress, schedules, and activities
• Participate in meetings and design reviews with users, workgroups, and the project team, with a focus on integrating user requirements for F&E procurement, M&E and IT systems, and operational needs into project development.
• Support users in planning, managing, and integrating critical resources to develop effective solutions and best practices aligned with organisational goals and strategies.

Requirement

• Min Degree in Architecture / Project Management / M&E or any other relevant fields
• Meticulous in tracking project schedule and budget utilisation
• Team player
• Good communication skills
