Project Coordinator – Interior Design / Renovation Projects

You’ll work closely with clients, the design team, and contractors, ensuring projects are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Support the design team in executing renovation and interior design projects from start to finish. • Develop and maintain project schedules, liaising effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. • Monitor and coordinate site activities, ensuring work progresses on time and meets quality and safety standards. • Manage project administration, including documentation, reports, invoices, and permits. • Address maintenance and ad-hoc repair needs promptly to ensure seamless project flow. • Attend project meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. • Required Knowledge & Skills: • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in an interior design or renovation company. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • A background in Interior Design, or related fields is a plus. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
