Project Architect & Project Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Architect & Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design vision, technical excellence, and financial performance. You will shape project outcomes, influence client strategy, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Leadership

• Act as primary client liaison, managing relationships and expectations

• Lead internal and external project coordination meetings

• Oversee contracts, negotiate additional services, and support business development efforts

Design & Technical Oversight

• Ensure design intent is maintained from concept through construction

• Oversee technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and consultant coordination

• Maintain QA/QC standards and compliance with building codes and regulations

• Drive sustainable and integrated design solutions

Planning & Financial Management

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans

• Monitor progress, staffing, billing, and financial performance

• Deliver projects on time and within budget

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and supervise multidisciplinary project teams

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing project environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related professional degree

• Professional license preferred/required

• Minimum 10+ years of architectural and project management experience

• Proven experience delivering projects through the full lifecycle

• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction methodologies

• Proficiency in Revit (required), Rhino, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
