Programme Executive (East, up to $4.2k) #HFT

• Assist in planning of therapeutic group activities.
• Implement, schedule and execute group activities as planned in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure group activities outcome measures are met.
• Conduct group activities with the assistance of Therapist Assistant.
• Monitor key indicators and collect outcome measures of group therapies.
• Provides program updates to supervisors.
• Be involved in identifying areas of improvement required in group activities and assist in developing new materials from time to time.
• Manage procurement and manpower required for group activities.
• Work with Volunteer Management to incorporate volunteers to relevant patient engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Events Management or any other relevant discipline
• Some event planning/volunteer management experience would be advantageous!
• Will need to work 1 sat (half-day) every 4 weeks
