The Job

Overall View

Help SMEs build sustainability capabilities through the bank's ESG Ready Programme. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery, from onboarding participants to guiding them through training and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for SMEs: handle enrolment, queries, and track progress.
• Create programme materials (guidelines, checklists, ESG insights).
• Organise events and workshops to educate and attract participants.
• Liaise with government agencies and partners for training and support.
• Manage claims and grants with Enterprise Singapore.
• Monitor and report on participant performance.
  
  The Talent

• Degree in business or sustainability-related fields.
• Experience in ESG reporting, strategy, or training.
• Familiarity with SMEs, trade associations, or government agencies.
• Knowledge of sustainability regulations and frameworks.
• Strong communication, writing, and organisational skills.
• Experience in customer service, account management, or training administration is a plus
