The Job

We are looking for a product specialist to support the Product team across product development and delivery initiatives, post-launch monitoring, and control remediation activities within the life insurance business.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Leads to manage concurrent governance, regulatory and project reviews across multiple workstreams.
• Act as product/business owner support by coordinating inputs from cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring end-to-end oversight.
• Support new product launches and product reviews through product comparisons, gap and data analysis, and product rationalisation.
• Contribute to audit and regulatory responses, including reviews and remediation actions impacting the Product function.
• Maintain and update product Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Liaise with relevant functions to deliver roadmap commitments and strengthen product development processes.

The Talent

• 4-8 years’ relevant product and/or system experience in the life insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Sound commercial judgement with clear, effective communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Positive, proactive team player with a committed, “can-do” mindset.
