Product Management Intern l Immediate

Job description:

Product Development Support:

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product development timelines and deliverables
• Assist in defining product requirements and documentation
• Conduct market research, gather feedback, and perform competitive analysis to inform product decisions

Project Coordination:

• Track project progress, schedule and coordinate meetings
• Prepare reports and assist in maintaining product roadmaps

User Experience & Insights:

• Analyse user feedback and data for product improvement
• Assist in creating user guides and other product-related documentation
• Support usability testing efforts and collaborate with designers to refine user experience

What we’re looking for:

• Strong interest in product management, user experience research or data analysis
• Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to think critically and understand user requirements
• Good organisational skills and ability to support multiple projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with product management concepts is an advantage
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a bonus

Work Location: Orchard

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
