Procurement Executive (Beauty Sector)

Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and procure beauty products, aesthetic consumables, equipment, and related services in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Identity and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure cost efficiency.

• Manage purchase orders, delivery tracking, and ensure accurate receipt of goods across outlets.

• Ensure all procured products comply with regulatory requirements (e.g. HSA, product registrations, expiry dates, safety standards).

• Monitor inventory levels, shelf life, and batch tracking to minimise expiry, wastage, and stock shortages.

• Coordinate with Outlet Operation Personnel and Marketing teams to forecast demand for treatments, promotions, and new launches.

• Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and resolve any supply issues.

• Support inbound and outbound logistics.

• Support cost control initiatives through price benchmarking and alternative sourcing.

• Prepare procurement reports (usage, costs, stock movement) for management review.

• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, retail, or FMCG industry.

• Familiarity with beauty products, consumables, equipment, and supplier sourcing is an advantage.

• Knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, price comparison, PO management, and inventory coordination.

• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for beauty or aesthetic products (e.g. HSA, product registration, expiry and batch tracking) is preferred.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Good cost awareness with the ability to balance quality, pricing, and operational needs.
