Procurement & Logistics Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities, including sourcing, price comparison and purchase order processing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders on delivery and shipment arrangements.
• Check and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists and delivery orders.
• Coordinate with the operations team on local & overseas ordering requirements.
• Assist in inventory tracking, stock reporting and documentation.
• Maintain proper procurement records and filing.
• Assist with general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics or supply chain (Fresh graduates may apply).
• Basic knowledge of import/export or shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
