Process Engineer (1 Year Contract!) #HYNT

Job Description:

• Develop, maintain, and revise Manufacturing and Operating Instructions as well as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot process control system recipes and models.
• Investigate, document, and resolve quality, safety (EHS), and compliance issues identified during manufacturing activities or batch record reviews.
• Design, implement, and monitor effective preventive and corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Take a proactive role in ensuring compliance with site safety, quality, GMP, and EHS standards.
• Continuously monitor processes and equipment to identify, develop, and implement improvement opportunities.
• Communicate process changes, updates, and performance information regularly to plant personnel.
• Train and support process technicians on manufacturing processes and operating procedures as required.
• Ensure adherence to approved procedures and maintain documentation in accordance with Good Data Management and Data Integrity (ALCOA) principles.
• Maintain accountability for data integrity understanding, compliance, and performance.
• Identify, report, and investigate actions or behaviors that may negatively impact GMP compliance or manufacturing outcomes.
• Own and manage one or more production equipment or GMP systems, including presenting system overviews and compliance evidence to internal and external auditors.
• Develop action plans and lead the implementation of technical and operational solutions.
• Actively contribute to flawless execution within cross-functional process teams by monitoring performance metrics, escalating issues, and driving resolution across operations, quality, engineering, and leadership functions.
• Collaborate with process teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with site objectives.
• Demonstrate and promote adherence to the company’s code of conduct and values.

• Coach and mentor junior staff.

• Lead cross-functional teams and projects supporting manufacturing operations.
