Process Development Scientist (Pharma MNC, 1 year contract) #HRY

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and optimize processes from laboratory to pilot and production scale.
• Conduct experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, Quality, and Engineering.
• Prepare technical reports, protocols, and documentation to support process validation and regulatory submissions.
• Support technology transfer and scale-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and robustness.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Process Chemistry/ Organic Synthesis is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Good technical writing and communication skills
