The Job

To provide administrative support primarily in the generation of quotations and pricing review. The role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to work efficiently with internal stakeholders to ensure timely preparation of quotations and pricing documentation.

• Prepare and issue quotations using approved pricing structures and templates
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of quotation details
• Support pricing reviews by checking data and calculations
• Update pricing tables and related records
• Identify and flag pricing discrepancies for review
• Track quotation requests and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required information
• Use Excel to compile, maintain, and report pricing and quotation data

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
