• Identify and evaluate new LNG projects, markets, and investment opportunities to expand business footprint and profitability.

Commercial & Business Development

• Lead commercial negotiations for LNG supply contracts, sales agreements, and strategic partnerships to secure favorable terms and optimize revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with governments, utilities, traders, and LNG producers to enhance market positioning and collaboration.
• Identify and pursue new LNG trading and investment opportunities to increase portfolio profitability and market share.
• Negotiate long-term LNG Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) to ensure stable supply and sales channels.
• Manage LNG trading portfolios by monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies to maximize returns.
• Structure joint ventures and project financing arrangements to support business expansion and capital efficiency.

Operational Performance & Safety

• Ensure operational performance, safety, and efficiency across energy assets by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Financial & Performance Management

• Approve budgets, investments, and capital expenditures aligned with strategic objectives to ensure financial discipline.
• Drive business growth and profitability targets through effective financial oversight and performance monitoring.

Leadership & Organizational Management

• Lead senior management teams across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Technical/Engineering functions to deliver integrated business outcomes.
• Build and mentor leadership teams to develop company capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.

Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with energy regulations, international LNG trading rules, and environmental and safety standards to mitigate risks.
• Manage operational, market, and financial risks through proactive identification and mitigation strategies.
