The Pre-Sales & Implementation Executive supports client acquisition and system delivery by understanding customer needs, demonstrating system capabilities, and implementing solutions on the Octomate platform.
Key Responsibilities
Engage clients to understand business workflows and requirements
Conduct product demos and system walkthroughs
Support proposals and solution presentations
Translate requirements into system configurations
Implement and test system modules (e.g. scheduling, timesheets, leave, claims)
Support UAT, onboarding, and initial post-implementation rollout
Prepare basic user guides and support training sessions
Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
Strong communication and client engagement skills
Comfortable working with system workflows and requirements
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Experience in pre-sales, implementation, or software delivery is an advantage
