Part-Time PR, Pitching & Media Planning Lead (Public Sector | Social & Digital)

Oculus Design is a strategic design and communications agency. We’re looking for a hands-on PR practitioner who can pitch credibly, plan media intelligently, write clear content and understands how government policies shape public communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support or lead pitches for public-sector social & digital campaigns
• Develop PR angles and narratives aligned to public communications objectives and policies
• Contribute to media planning (paid, owned, earned) with clear rationale
• Write and shape content for proposals, social platforms and campaign frameworks
• Work closely with a small creative team to turn ideas into clear, approvable campaigns
• Articulate KPIs, outcomes and accountability in pitches

Requirements

• Experience in PR / communications / pitching for public agencies or GLCs
• Familiar with government policies and public-sector communication guidelines
• Working knowledge of social and digital media planning
• Strong content writing skills
• Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on agency environment
• Practical, collaborative and low-ego
