Job Description
Responsibilities
- Compute laytime calculations.
- Issue accounts receivable such as freight and rebills, and follow up.
- Raise accounts payable vouchers, arrange payment, and follow up.
- Liaise with various departments including Accounting, Chartering, Operations, Business Planning, and Group Planning.
- Handle reports for month-end closing purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Maritime studies.
- Recent degree graduates with 1 to 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of IMOS is advantageous.
- Good command of English and attention to detail.
