About the Role
We are seeking a Podiatry Manager to be based at our headquarters, supporting clinic operations, training, and clinical standards across our practice. This is a non-clinical role with no patient-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple clinics from HQ
- Develop and implement structured training programmes for podiatrists
- Standardise clinical protocols, workflows, and service quality
- Monitor team performance and ensure consistency in clinical standards
- Support onboarding, mentoring, and continuous development of podiatrists
- Work closely with management on operational improvements and growth initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified podiatrist with prior clinical experience
- (Optional) Managerial experience in a podiatry clinic/practice
- Strong understanding of podiatry clinical workflows and standards
- Proven experience in team leadership, training, or operations
- Highly organised with the ability to design and implement training structures
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
