Platform Systems Engineer

Adecco is seeking a Platform Systems Engineer for a client in the security and public order sector. This role involves combining technical expertise with organizational and communication skills to enhance the reliability, availability, and maintainability vehicle fleet. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving key sustainment strategies. The position requires overseeing vehicle operations, support management, and service contract management, ensuring the smooth functioning of vehicles.

What You Will Do?

• Monitor and manage daily vehicle operations to ensure operational readiness and safety
• Plan and ensure maintenance and annual vehicle inspections are performed timely
• Coordinate with contractors and Users to resolve operational issues promptly
• Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance activities, quality checks, and acceptance for new vehicles
• Collect and analyze vehicle fleet data to review fleet reliability and identify cost-effective improvements

Your Skills

• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related automotive field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in fleet or contract management with strong knowledge of vehicle systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and familiar with fleet management and data analytic tools
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on experience and comfort with on-site operations
