The Role:

As a Pioneer Barista, you are a core creator and ambassador. You’ll master our proprietary oxygen-infusion process, collaborate on groundbreaking new drinks, and deliver an unforgettable experience that excites a new generation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Master & Calibrate: Achieve and maintain daily precision calibration of our oxygen infusion and espresso equipment. Consistency in our pioneering process is non-negotiable.

· Craft & Innovate: Execu te signature beverages flawlessly and actively contribute creative ideas in our product development sessions.

· Engage & Excite: Be the face of the revolution. Educate guests on the OxyCaffe experience with passion and knowledge.

· Uphold Excellence: Ensure impeccable quality, cleanliness, and operational standards in a dynamic, fast-paced launch environment.
