Job Summary

Our client, a global investment firm, seeks a highly autonomous and resourceful Personal Assistant to support a Chairman. This role demands seasoned judgment, independence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-time zone scheduling and coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including private jet charters and luxury ground transportation, to ensure seamless logistics for the Chairman.
• Act as a dedicated gatekeeper and liaison, delivering discreet support to meet the Chairman’s professional and personal needs.
• Exercise high-level resourcefulness and independent judgment to operate effectively without formal structures or predefined processes.
• Anticipate and address shifting priorities and urgent requests with a calm, service-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Build and implement efficient workflows and systems to manage an unstructured, fast-paced office environment autonomously.
• Take full ownership of the role, making confident executive decisions without requiring constant supervision.

Required competencies and certifications

• Significant experience supporting private offices or ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), including familiarity with private aviation and luxury lifestyle coordination.

Other Information

• Salary: $8,800 – $9,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
