Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly resourceful and proactive Personal Assistant with a strong background in real estate and within the hospitality industries to support day-to-day corporate administrative and operational tasks.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the pace, discretion, and problem-solving mindset within these sectors and can get things done efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•   Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings

•   Handle administrative tasks including documentation, coordination, and follow-ups

•   Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal/external stakeholders

•   Assist with corporate related matters, property renovations and logistics when required

•   Conduct research, source solutions, and resolve issues independently

•   Ensure smooth day-to-day support with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Key Requirements

•   Prior experience in hotel operations or hospitality management (strongly preferred)

•   Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Manager, or similar role

•   Extremely resourceful, organised, and detail-oriented

•   Strong communication and coordination skills

•   Ability to multitask and work under pressure

•   Tech-savvy with good administrative and follow-up skills

•   Discreet, reliable, and solution-oriented
