Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Director.
- Manage schedules, appointments, flight bookings, and travel logistics.
- Handle confidential business documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist in communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, and overseas partners.
- Support business meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on action items.
- Participate in overseas business trips and assist in translation, note-taking, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare management reports, meeting minutes, and other business documents.
- Oversee certain operational and project tasks as delegated by the Director.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 1 years of experience in executive support or management assistant roles.
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) for business communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Able to travel overseas frequently and work flexible hours when required.
- Discreet, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
