Personal Assistant & Sales Coordinator

The Mission You are the central nervous system of our operations. While providing seamless administrative support to the leadership team, you play a critical role in our commercial success by managing the sales pipeline and coordinating with key accounts to ensure our premium products move from the warehouse to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules for the Directors.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Sales Operations: Process sales orders and coordinate delivery schedules between logistics partners and clients.
• CRM & Documentation: Maintain the CRM database and assist in the preparation of sales proposals and B2B presentation decks.
• Marketing Support: Provide on-site support for sake tastings, trade shows, and masterclasses.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a PA, Sales Support, or Operations role (F&B/FMCG preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM tools.
• Sensory Evaluation: Must be of legal drinking age to participate in product tastings and sensory evaluations for quality control.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese is a significant advantage for brewery communication.
