We are actively hiring for a client in a Community Hospital setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested pharmacists to apply the role.

Permanent Pharmacist

• Dispense and verify medications accurately
• Counsel patients on safe and effective medication use
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimise therapy
• Manage inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support clinical services: reviews, reconciliation, monitoring
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior staff
• Drive quality, safety, and service improvements

Project Details

• Commencement: FY 2026
• 5 full days per week (willing to work on weekends), 42.5 hours per week
• Degree in Pharmacy (Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent)
• Must be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
