The Job:

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspection and report any defect or irregularity and recommend appropriate rectification plan.
• Supervise the service providers during the servicing/maintenance works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with works schedule and of satisfactory standard.
• Monitor and ensure all M&E systems are in optimal operational level.
• Attend to all service requests on any breakdown, feedback/complaint from tenants and other building users timely and efficiently till closure.
• Perform troubleshooting and investigate fault with recommendation for rectification.
• Facilitate tenants and contractors in the fitting-out/reinstatement/maintenance works and ensure they comply with the safety standards and building regulations/house rules.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors on project works and follow through the testing and commissioning, defects rectification works till completion
