Working Hours 

Any 5 Days from Mon to Sun 

2 Rotating Shifts 

Jobscope : 

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the hospital-at-home stay, including carrying out treatments, documenting care, and monitoring patient progress.
• Collaborate and communicate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care, assist with procedures, ensure continuity of treatment, and support safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
• Promote safe, compassionate, and efficient nursing practice, including patient/family education, proper use of equipment and resources, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting or supervising junior staff.

Requirements : 

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice 
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
