• Mailroom team member management
• Report and resolve client feedback to operation executive within stipulated time frame
• Checking and perform daily and monthly reporting functions
• Managing mailroom operator(s) and provide guidance in accordance to SOP and SPS guidelines.
• Client communications and management on daily operational matters.
• Performing of mail rounds and distribution of mails.
• Arrangement and coordination of incoming and outgoing items for local and international courier.
• Solutions policies and procedures
• Franking machine management.
• Maintain work space cleanliness at all times.
• Security screening of all incoming mails before distribution.
• Regular reporting and prompt escalations to the management in case of issue.
• Deal with enquiries face to face, email and on the telephone
• Any other duties commensurate with the above list
• At times carry heavy products within client's premises
• Ensuring high level of accuracy in processing of mails
• Ensure that all documents are processed within stipulated timelines and according to the operational procedures
• Build and maintain good working relationships across all levels of personnel, internally and externally
