Job Description
Provide end-to-end support for the implementation and ongoing operation of SAP SuccessFactors across all modules in the South Asia region.
Lead the effective rollout, optimization, and continuous maintenance of HR systems to ensure business alignment and reliability.
Identify and drive opportunities to automate processes, streamline workflows, and enhance data accuracy and integrity within SuccessFactors.
Monitor and report on the adoption of SuccessFactors modules across South Asia, including user engagement, completion of HR transactions, and usage of self-service capabilities.
Proactively assess system performance, pinpoint improvement areas, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and overall user experience.
Track and measure the quality and timeliness of issue resolution for system incidents and user inquiries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and learning materials to support successful user onboarding and ongoing competency development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Analysis, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, and other core functionalities.
Strong knowledge of HR system configuration, including data models, workflows, role-based permissions, and integrations to meet business needs.
Ability to analyze HR data, develop reports and dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for process improvement.
Demonstrated experience providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining platform stability and performance.
Solid understanding of HR data privacy regulations and industry best practices to ensure data security, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Experience managing assigned projects, delivering outcomes on schedule, following project plans, and effectively coordinating with stakeholders.
Capability to support change management initiatives, including user training, communication, requirements gathering, and driving successful adoption of HR systems.
