• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple lighting projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, manufacturers, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and preserve design intent.
• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets, proactively addressing variances to protect project margins.
• Supervise site installations and activities, ensuring compliance with approved designs,safety standards, and testing & commissioning requirements. Champion a zero-incident culture and robust QA and QC.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change control to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Provide regular project reviews, status updates, and forecasts to stakeholders and management.
• Oversee project documentation, quality compliance, and client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.
