Perm Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant (Family Medicine Clinic) #HALT

Working Hours: 5.5 Days Office Hour

Salary: $1600 - $2500

Location: Serangoon

Job Scope:

The Patient Service Associate will provide administrative support to clinic and ensure a smooth flow in the clinic operations.

* Perform counter duties including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and dispensing of medication

* Attend to walk in and call in patients' enquiries

* Manage patients' feedback and enquiries

* Perform service recovery

* Prepare patients' records and documentation pre- and post- consultation and procedures

* Provide post-consultation instructions where necessary

* Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery for clinic

* Perform any duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Minimum N/ O Level/ A Levels / Diploma in any field

* No experience required as training provided

* Keen in healthcare industry
