Jobscope :
Appointment Management & Patient Coordination: Reduce first-visit no-shows by confirming appointments, handling cancellations/rescheduling, responding to enquiries, and coordinating referral outcomes with stakeholders (e.g., clinics, call centre, wards, patients).

Referral Triage & Clinic Planning: Support right-siting and consolidation of outpatient referrals through risk stratification using clinical information, and work with Clinical Heads and Clinic Managers to allocate appointments based on urgency and clinic capacity.

Data, Reporting & Process Improvement: Monitor and analyse appointment wait times, prepare management reports, ensure proper documentation in compliance with PDPA, participate in process improvement projects, and perform assigned administrative duties.

Requirements :
Possess a Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, General Science or related fields

Registered Nurses with a Degree in Nursing are welcome to apply

Relevant working experience in a healthcare environment would be an added advantage

Possess strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills

Able to multi-task, work independently and as a team

Possess knowledge and skills necessary to track, analyse and present data trends

Proficient in IT applications and MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
