[Perm] AWS Cloud Engineer Lead

• AWS Cloud Engineering: Own the architecture, design, and delivery of secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AWS solutions
• Team Leadership: Mentor engineers, build technical capabilities, and foster a culture of collaboration and DevOps excellence
• Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor, managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and satisfaction
• Governance & Compliance: Develop solutions to meet evolving security, compliance, and governance requirements
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reliability, and scalability
• Infrastructure as Code: Drive automation using Terraform, Terraform Enterprise, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and Ansible Automation Platform for consistent deployments
• Automation & DevOps: Enhance and maintain automation frameworks (Lambda, Step Functions, SSM Documents, Bash/PowerShell scripts) to improve operational efficiency

Requirement  

• 5+ years in cloud engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and manage complex projects
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate technical concepts clearly, and manage expectations
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.).  AWS certification will be advantageous
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards (CIS Benchmarks, AWS Foundational Security Best Practices)
