Responsibilities

• Prepare and rehearse performance pieces to achieve readiness for scheduled shows or events
• Engage with audiences by adapting performance style and content to suit different audience types and settings
• Take direction from creative professionals and apply feedback to improve performance quality and audience engagement
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance or modify performances, supporting the artistic development process
• Understand and apply technical requirements related to performances, including costume, makeup, and stage elements, to maintain overall performance quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one form of performance art such as acting, singing, dancing, or music
• Experience in live performances or related fields
• Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team
• Passion for the arts and commitment to continuous improvement
